Cath is Wildlife Drone’s Executive Assistant. Bringing 20+ years of expertise in Executive Assistance, HR, Finance, Governance, Conference and Events, Business Administration, and compliance, Cath’s career spans diverse sectors, including small companies, large multinationals, the Department of Defence, and several years in the NGO NFP sector with peak bodies.

What does a day at work look like for you?

My work days are very diverse, I work across a broad range of tasks and areas which include EA support to the CEO and general business administration for the company.

What do you like most about working at Wildlife Drones and why?

I like being part of a small team doing good things. The alignment of values was very appealing to me. My role works with most members of the team and across many aspects of the business. I get to be helpful and take pressure / support others to focus on achieving the key business outcomes.

What do you do outside of work?

I love to be outdoors and I am lucky to have several beautiful spaces nearby to my home including Umbagong, The Link walk, Shepherds lookout and the Uriarra loop walk – I love hearing the frogs in the dam and seeing the different season through the wildflowers. Outside of work my two children and partner keep me pretty busy.
